Apostolakis Honda

My husband and I had a great experience at Apostolakis Honda this week. My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle and we stopped by the dealership. When we walked into the dealership we were really impressed at how clean and welcoming it was. We were greeted by Paul Whitehouse, who was very professional and knowledgable about the SUV we were interested in. He took the time to explain to us how everything in the SUV worked and then we took it for a test drive which I fell in love with it. We decided on a color but they did not have it. He made a few calls and was able to locate one for us. We were thrilled.... We discussed financing options. The SUV arrived the next day late in the afternoon and Paul called to let me know. He suggested that we stop by and take a look at it if we wanted to. Of course we did and loved it. The next day we scheduled the appointment to pick up the car and that is when we met with John Bevilacqua. He also was very knowledgable and explained everything in detail. We then met with Gary Stribicki who is the Business Manager and we signed our loan papers. He explained all of the warranties and the extended warranties in detail which we purchased. We felt so comfortable with him. After we signed the loan papers John Bevilacqua went over the SUV features again and set my radio stations, set the bluetooth up and set my home address in navigation system. John then took for tour of the dealership and introduced us to the staff in the service area, parts area and showed us where to go if we had to bring the car in for anything. I have never experience anything like this before. I felt like royality. Everyone was so friendly congratualted us on our new purchase and told us to call with any questions we may have. This team at Apostolakis is outstanding. This was an amazing experience for me and I have never been treated so well by everyone. I spoke to the John who is a wonderful person and I told him how great his staff is..... I will never go to any other dealership and I will refer all of my family and friends...... Best customer service I have every received. More

We just purchased a Honda odyssey from Paul Whitehouse at Apostolakis and I have to say he was the nicest car salesman I have ever dealt with. I had called Apostolakis to inquire about the Odysseys after de Apostolakis and I have to say he was the nicest car salesman I have ever dealt with. I had called Apostolakis to inquire about the Odysseys after dealing with someone from another dealership that I wasn't happy with. Paul was very patient and spent a lot of time with me on the phone which I was impressed with, considering he hadn't even met me. My husband and I made an appt to meet with him and he showed us the Odyssey and went over every inch of the car and all the features, something the other salesperson never did, even though we had test driven the car at the other place. Once again, he was very patient and answered any questions we had. We never felt pressured to purchase from him but knew that if we decided to purchase he was the one we wanted to deal with. He made us feel very comfortable and we felt like old friends by the time we were done...LOL. it's taken me 10 years to convince my husband to purchase a Honda and now that we have I will never buy Chrysler again!!! It all started with a quote request over the internet. David at Apostolakis Honda Mazda was first to contact me even before the dealership opened. Dave had to find me the car at another dealer and have it transferred. This all took only 72 hours. During that time Dave kept me informed of the progress of my car. When I showed up to purchase the car everyone was as excited for me as I was. Dave as well as the sales manager were very friendly. Dave explained everything about my new Miata Hardtop. I normally feel that purchasing a car is worse than going to the dentist but this experience with Apostolakis Honda Mazda was the most enjoyable that I have ever had. More

We originally wanted to purchase the Odyssey, but found that we were unable to afford it. However,the salesman patiently helped us (past closing hours too), and we were able to find another vehicle which w that we were unable to afford it. I was very pleased with the service department and decided to have my car serviced there even though it is a little out of my way.
