When it all started, the Apostolakis lot consisted of three different vehicles: the Accord, the Civic, and the Prelude – the last of which, many won’t even remember! More models were added, such as gas and hybrid versions, and Apostolakis Honda found themselves growing at an unprecedented rate! Dave Parrish and Bruce Haviland showed us every model and option that we were interested in and arranged for demo vehicles for us to drive before we made any decisions if we were interested in purchasing and option that we were interested in and arranged for demo vehicles for us to drive before we made any decisions if we were interested in purchasing and what options we wanted. I was happy with the amount of help we received while at the dealership. I have a few things I wish I would have taken into consideration before making our final purchase. Would have like to review a higher the dealership. I have a few things I wish I would have taken into consideration before making our final purchase. Would have like to review a higher option content car, and reviewed what options were available on the car before buying the one we did. I wanted to limit the payments to a certain amount, however I would have made considerations for higher payments had I realized what was available. We purchased a 2014 Mazda 3i touring package with a 2.0 engine and the tech package. What I would have liked to review and purchase would have been the grand touring package with the 2.5 engine with a few other options. I believe I had asked at one point if this was the 2.5 engine with the touring package and was told yes. Turned out this was not the case. I also have my doubts that the extended warrantee I purchased covers everything that was listed or that I was sold on. I specifically asked if it covered all electronics and electrical components including wiring. I was told yes it was a bumper to bumper coverage through Honda and would cover us for 100k miles. However when I received the booklet in the mail with the coverage it appears to be mechanical coverage only and not bumper to bumper. I will review this Monday and see if what I was sold is what I received or if it is what I think and only a partial coverage.... If this was only partial coverage and only the mechanical coverage then I will have an issue with the finance person involved and will take it to the manager. More

Dave did a wonderful job meeting our family needs. He was still willing to help us purchase a Honda even though he is the Mazda manager. We initially went in looking at a used Town and Country but after was still willing to help us purchase a Honda even though he is the Mazda manager. We initially went in looking at a used Town and Country but after thinking it over a couple of days we decided a new vehicle might be a better option. We contemplated looking at a Dodge Caravan because we didn't think we could afford a Honda Odyssey but the gentleman at the Dodge dealership didn't seem interested in helping us when I called him. Dave kept in contact with us the entire day and helped us understand that a Honda was a much better option in the long run and our payments are extremely affordable with a lease. He went above and beyond for us and called with a deal we couldn't refuse and even stayed after hours to help us.
