Cory took us on our test drive and went out of his way to answer questions. I live in Hinckley, Ohio and it is well worth the drive to Cortland. Paul was very knowledgeable and showed me every aspect of the car, especially how to use and set up the hands free phone. He showed me all the computerized features and walked me through each area to help and set everything up for me. He also told me about the safety features of the car which I feel far surpass my expectations. He was very patient with me as I took a few demo rides before finally settling on the Accord EXL Sport. He is an excellent representative for Honda and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or lease a car. Corky Allison, Manager, was very professional and friendly. Several times he came around to see if everything was good with me. He also explained the pricing of the lease and broke down the numbers for me so I could understand everything very clearly. I'd say that hands down the best part was, when we started getting down to me ACTUALLY purchasing the car. Based off of trade-in value of my current car vs what I already owed, it would have been a foolish idea to go through with the purchase. And Nick was straight-forward and honest with me about that. He didn't try to just make the sale, which some people/places might do. Once I am truly able to purchase a new vehicle, I am definitely coming back! More
