One star For the quality of the car, the dealership know u can’t get approved anywhere else with upside down credit so will put u in a car that’s like a stamp collection with no value. On 4/16/22 i purchase a 2022 Mitsubishi outlander with 51 miles on odometer. On 05/05/22 the car overheated leaving me stranded. I got the vehicle towed to a local Mitsubishi dealer on 5/6/22 because Mitsubishi towing service could not get any one out for the tow till the next day. The dealer was booked till 05/13/22. Understandably because of all the shortage of workers lately. They call to tell me that they found the issue but the part needed for the repair is 60 to 90 days out because it has to come from the manufacturer. I called Anyone Rides to see if they could help me they wanted me to trade it in for a more expensive model, this would put me in negative equity. I wasn't willing to do so. I called Ally one of their financing companies told them the story i was asked to call Anyone Rides financial department. I spoke with Guy Christopher who was rude and asked me why am i talking to him this sounds like a service issue . I explained the problem again. He said he couldn't do anything for me, that thats what warranties are for. To contact Mike the service manager about a loaner vehicle and to see if he could find the part sooner. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again. Will advise anyone to stay away and contact better business bureau and see their reviews.
