Best body shop manager around! Poor service and management The VW dealer does not care about building long term service customers even if you buy the car there. Just want to sell add ons for new cars. The service advisors are not interested in their jobs or customers, not empowered to help you with issues. When I had this issue with improper repair, I found the Service Director is not responsive, not qualified, and gives inaccurate information. On the visit, did not check the repairs. Tried to quote exorbitant price when they had lower price alternative. So both done and quoted improperly. General manager is not professional. Too much staff turnover. Do not go here for repairs. More

This time one of the mechanic came up with idea to put new computer cost$1500. Simple, they are making money out of these things and fooled customer. Beware More

Love the service team. I pulled in with low tire pressure. Right away they filled the tires, found a nail and plugged it. I left with my car washed within 30 mins. They purposely over charged me on an oil change DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE, I already knew there sales department were a rip off but now seeing the entire business cheats customer I DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE, I already knew there sales department were a rip off but now seeing the entire business cheats customer I went in for an oil change after receiving a $40 coupon off in the mail oil change is $69.99 stated on there paperwork my bill came to $60 dollars when I should of only paid around $30 when I ask why they service lady why my bill is so high she said my car takes 7 quarts of oil and the coupon price is for 5 quarts THIS IS A LIE vw passat se only takes 5 quarts the suvs don't even take 7 quarts , this ishould why people hate car dealership. More
