Had to call around 5 pm to check on my car to find out it wouldn’t be done until the next day. I should not have had to call to track my car down to find that out after 5pm. I should have gotten a call hours earlier to say it wouldn’t be done that day. I was almost over charged $1100. When I scheduled my appt I mentioned my warranty. When she called to tell me the repair was $1100 I again double checked my warranty I purchased wasn’t covering this? Go to get my car the next day and got a different person. I said I just want to make sure this isn’t covered under my warranty plan I purchased. She says I’ll check and be right back. Hm wouldn’t you know she comes back to tell me I don’t owe anything it was all covered under my warranty. 2 visits prior I paid for my service. Person told me my service plan was expired. Next time I go in the person tells me I shouldn’t have had to pay for that it was under my warranty. I said ok can I get reimbursed then. She said no they don’t do that. She said always make sure to tell them you have the jmh plan. Ok. I would think it would be noted somewhere but lesson learned. So I did that this time twice!! And was still almost over charged $1100! People are very friendly but being over charged $500 at a previous appt to be told oh no they don’t reimburse to this time almost being over charged. Had I not asked a third time about the coverage I would have paid $1100 I shouldn’t have. Very frustrated and would not recommend nor will I even purchase another car here due to the above. More

They had the car for over 3 months. Ended up never fixing the car. I took it to someone else to fix. It was done in a day. They never gave us a loaner.
