Visited Service Dept. for oil change. Paperwork was prepared correctly and signed. Shuttle was called to drive my brother & me to a restaurant for lunch. Shuttle returned for oil change. I totally enjoyed the experience that I had recently at Antwerpen. The Service Manager Ralph was very informative as to the work that was done and Wendi the Service advisor was very pleasant, efficient an Antwerpen. The dealership has no courtesy cars and doesn’t transport you farther than 10 miles away so be aware of that first. They say they open at 7 am however the first appt is never until 830. Got a bunch of work done on my 2015 Passat. Everything works great. However, fog lights were disconnected to do the work and were not reconnected prior to releasing the car back to us. When I realized the fog lights were inoperative, I contacted Antwerpen. They asked me to bring the car back - they reconnected the fog lights at no charge. Antwerpen reps were pleasant and professional whenever I spoke with them. More
