Buyer beware. My new car with 37 miles on odometer, was delivered to me with a torn seat. In addition on the 3rd day of ownership it was having major electrical issues also broken visor clip (which I had to get upset in order to have it replaced). They said it wasn't covered. The torn seat was immediately addressed by the salesman who was very professional and helpful. I was happy with him. But the service dept is a separate thing. Issues with my new 2025 Atlas Sel Premium were fixed finally. But it took many attempts a call to vw corporate and much frustration because of management and employee turnover. Bought my car 11/15/24, issues finally completed as of 3/5/25. Hoping the car is good now because I now have anxiety for future service trips to this location. It very much disrupted my life having to keep going back to try and prove my case on malfunctioning overhead console and caused unneeded stress because I didnt feel heard even after giving them videos of proof, I was also advised to tape something over my console as a fix to my issue, Say what??Who wants to spend 60k on a car and get less then average service? Not me. This car is very nice and I really like it. I hope it never lives up to it's online bad reputation. I don't want to be back in this service center, except for oil changes. I will say that there were a few service advisors that were respectful, I never felt like I was treated poorly but there was always new ones cause people quit ot whatever. The real issue was management because the first one I dealt was fired and he was supposed to help or at least he said he would and then the new one didn't seem too interested in helping me at all. Only when volkswagon got involved, did I get the issue resolved. I really hope I have a better experience next time. I bought 3 cars from this location, I expected better. More

These people are the reason that everyone hates used car dealers. I bought a used car that immediately has issues and the GM told me that if I wanted something reliable, I should have spent more money on a dealers. Awful communication with this dealership. Vehicle was in the service department for over 2 months, no updates no calls, texts, etc. I had to call and email repeatedly to the general manager t Vehicle was in the service department for over 2 months, no updates no calls, texts, etc. I had to call and email repeatedly to the general manager to get any information, and then they would simply lie. We don't have the part, weird you did when you made the appt., then it was they didn't have a mechanic, then they didn't have the tools, then the next week it was the part again. This went on for over 2 months. A repair shop claiming they don't have the wrench is a first for me. Steer clear would be my suggestion. More
Came in for a recall - first appointment was scheduled and I was not informed that I needed to bring my car in with less than 1/4 tank of gas - dropped my car off for recall and was called 2 hours later l and I was not informed that I needed to bring my car in with less than 1/4 tank of gas - dropped my car off for recall and was called 2 hours later letting me know about the gas issue and had to be rescheduled. Explained that I would need a loaner car for my next appointment as I would not have a way to get around. Came in 2 weeks later for now my 2nd appointment where I was informed that there was no loaner for me and the gentleman that promised the loaner no longer worked there and I would have to wait 5-6 hours for the recall to be performed. After asking sales associate for the manager - sales associate said he talked to a tech and they could perform the recall in 45 minutes. Did not have a good experience like my past experiences with this dealership. More
Brought my car in for repairs related to fuel injector and noise which was under warranty. Got a call saying the car was ready but hadn’t been worked on yet so pickup was delayed 2 days. Picked car up an and noise which was under warranty. Got a call saying the car was ready but hadn’t been worked on yet so pickup was delayed 2 days. Picked car up and rattling noise was still an issue and now trunk would not work. Brought car back and you tried charging me $400 to xxxxx the vehicle again saying that the truck issue was a coincidence. Associate agreed to take off $200 fee to look at car. The rattling issue ended up being an issue that was identified in the first visit. You tried charging me $300 for a new trunk switch which I decline and was able to research and fix the trunk myself by disconnecting the battery. Shame on you!! I am a loyal VW owner (3 Passat) but I will not be returning to your dealer for service or sales due to my company trust. More
