Making an appointment was less than simple. The service writer was not friendly and it was clear he did not like his job. I was told I could not exit when I made my appointment only to find whe The service writer was not friendly and it was clear he did not like his job. I was called about an hour 15 minutes after dropping my vehicle off and told it was complete. I was able to find a ride back up a few hours later to pick up my vehicle where I was told I do not pick it up in the service dept I had to goto the cashier. The cashier handed my the receipt and my key. Then stared at me. I asked her where my vehicle was at. She told he if should be parked on the side if it wasn’t there to come ba I and let her know. I didn’t realize until the next day that a multi point inspection was attached to the receipt on which some issues were found. It was a terrible experience. I will not be back More
