I brought my car in for an oil change last Thursday and requested that my rear wiper blade also be replaced. I also came into my appointment with my left low beam out and expected to have that replaced als requested that my rear wiper blade also be replaced. Upon completion of my service, I reviewed my multipoint inspection checklist and it stated that my headlights were working as expected, when I knew that wasn’t the case. The MFI also still displayed that my light was out. I called back up to the dealership and voiced my concerns that the multipoint inspection wasn’t taken seriously to Wendy and she was apologetic and let me know that it must’ve been an oversight. This review isn’t of Wendy, she displayed quality customer service. I brought my vehicle back in the next day after the oversight and was told I would still have to wait two hours for a lightbulb to be installed. Unacceptable in my sight being that I was already inconvenienced by having to come back a second day. After two hours, I reviewed the new multipoint inspection that I got on Friday and the results are COMPLETELY different. This was less than a 24 hour period, there is no reason for the readings to be so drastically different. Thursday’s readings: battery health needs attention, tire tread readings (7/9/8/11), brake lining (6/6/7/7) Friday’s readings: air filter issues, my tires weren’t filled to factory specs at the appointment the day before (read 37/39/30/36) when I did little to no driving in between the appointments, brakes need replacing (when they were fine the day before), tire tread readings (8/7/9/9) I don’t believe that the multipoint inspection is taken seriously. When I read Thursday’s MPI for the first time, knowing that a headlight out was missed, it made me wonder what else you guys are missing. Are my brakes really fine? My drive belts? Are you really checking anything? Don’t just pass cars along or check things off on this MPI for sport. I have spent too much money and given you guys too much business for things to not be taken seriously. I wasn’t going to leave this review and instead reached out to the GM privately though email but received no response so maybe this will get the appropriate response. This is not the quality of service that I have come to expect. More

Day 1: I had to bring my car in on 3 separate occasions in order to complete a job. The first time, there was a part that needed to be placed on my vehicle. The part was apparently not painted. Instead of communicating that to me right away, they wait until I came at the end of the day on the shuttle to tell me I had to book an appointment with the body shop, get the part painted, and then come back. I told them I didn't need the part painted. I let them know my disappointment with the lack of communication. I had to book another appointment to get the part installed on my car. Day 2 When brought back-was done incorrectly. When I drove off the lot, I noticed a lot of air was leaking through- the wind sounds I heard were louder than usual. When I got home, I notice that my door was not aligned. (I have pictures if you would like to see how off it was). The next day I knew I had to go back. Day 3 This time I decided to wait with my car so they could fix the door that was incorrectly installed. I was disappointed that I was able to drive off the lot with my car in that condition. So when it was time to check out, I had a few questions before I signed my paperwork. Emelie was unprofessional. She took my questions personally, and walked off in a huff to speak with Chuck and Wendi. I was very dissatisfied with my experience. More
