The people were nice. The specials were really useful. Wendi was a pleasure to chat with, and the speed of service was good. Waiting area could use a refresh though. The specials were really useful. Thoroughly impressed with the customer service end and the service department end. There was great communication and they were able to accommodate my small requests. the service department end. There was great communication and they were able to accommodate my small requests. More
Mr. Chuck was nice but the service was horrible. They installed a new engine and turbo, (that took about 4 1/2 months to even receive) it was under warranty so they weren't paid. Of course after that the installed a new engine and turbo, (that took about 4 1/2 months to even receive) it was under warranty so they weren't paid. Of course after that they started finding all kinds of problems. I picked my car up on a Friday, by Saturday morning all the lights on the dash were on. I took it back Monday and they "cleared" them. The car sat for about a month after that because my daughter was in college. She started to drive and the lights came on again. This time I took it back and they said I needed new coil packs. Who puts a new engine in with old coil packs? They also said my calibers were leaking with was a lie. I paid for the calibers but had my own mechanic try to fix the caliber, thats how I found out it was nothing wrong with them. They do anything to get money. I tried to call corporate about 20 times. I kept leaving messages and Brian never returned my call. The whole place is horrible. I will never get a volkswagon again. More
All people I interacted with were polite and professional. Trevor, the person who sold me the car recognized me and stood up to greet me. He asked how I was, etc. He asked if I wanted something professional. Trevor, the person who sold me the car recognized me and stood up to greet me. He asked how I was, etc. He asked if I wanted something to drink. Wendy, the person who checks cars in answered all my questions and reexplained if I didn't understand. This car I just bought perhaps 2 months ago. I was complaining that the braking wasn't smooth. I left the car at dealership. About 3 hours later I received a call. Would I be able to drive with Tyler and identify issue. The brakes worked fine. Tyler explained why the brakes acted the way they did. He was informative, knowledgeable about this car and explained any questions I had. They asked if I would like my car washed free of charge. What a wonderful, caring group of people this Dealership has. More
New to the area and took the car into the service department for the first time. Wendy worked with me to get information about the referring problem, and was open about the high cost of repair for an department for the first time. Wendy worked with me to get information about the referring problem, and was open about the high cost of repair for an optional feature. Additional necessary repairs were recommended soon. I did not feel pressured or that the additional maintenance were an unnecessary attempt for business (as I have in other service shops). I was able to verify that the maintenance is in fact necessary to do in the near future. This is my 17 year old daughter's car, and Wendy assured her that if it was unsafe to drive until we coordinated the maintenance, that they would let her know, and helped prioritize what needed done.
