Very poor communication with virtually no updates other than when I called. Took 2 weeks more than what was quoted and no explanation given. 1 of the 2 recalls was taken care of and the dealership was way better than the one in Parkville, MD. That aside, I wish I was informed when I dropped off the car the 1st time (b4 leaving) that the needed was way better than the one in Parkville, MD. My service was excellent! ! I had an apt @ 8am and was out by 9:30. Their waiting area is very comfy with coffee, tea and water. Will definitely keep coming here for my oil ch !
