Emelie and the entire service were a pleasure to work with; professional, friendly and knowledgable. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and called Antwepen and spoke with Emelie. She said to come on ov with; professional, friendly and knowledgable. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and called Antwepen and spoke with Emelie. She said to come on over (same day!) she would have one of the mechanics take a look. They found that I had picked up a screw and they plugged it and had me in and out in a jiffy. Great experience! The only discrepency that I have is that the dashboard screen was not cleared after the oil change had been completed. I plan to revisit Volkswagen in order to clear/ reset the dashboard screen.
