The service advisors are not interested in their jobs or customers, not empowered to help you with issues. When I had this issue with improper repair, I found the Service Director is not responsive, not qualified, and gives inaccurate information. On the visit, did not check the repairs. Tried to quote exorbitant price when they had lower price alternative. So both done and quoted improperly. General manager is not professional. Too much staff turnover. Do not go here for repairs. Classic Sleazy Car Dealership I bought the vehicle at an agreed upon 33.5k out the door. This was only after going through a gauntlet of haggling and uncovering hidden xx fees..... I bought the vehicle at an agreed upon 33.5k out the door. This was only after going through a gauntlet of haggling and uncovering hidden xx fees.....which they still were able to trick and word into the contract to get me to I pay more than that agreed upon price by about 2500 dollars. Buyer beware of the bait and switch they will pull on you. They advertise a low internet price but what they don't tell you is that they expect you to pay the maintenance and service fees, and state inspection they invested into the car. So your 30k vehicle is now a 33k vehicle.....and you have to still pay the standard taxes, titles, tags, and dealership fees. They also force you to use their bank to finance and if you don't the vehicle is now magically 1000 dollars more expensive. If you enjoy haggling, have a law degree to interpret paperwork, and understand complex financing schemes, this is the place for you. The average person should stay away! Oh and to top it off, I bought the vehicle with a very low gas tank and they refused to fill it; which in my experience has been a customary extra nice service most dealerships will do for you. I won't be back. I know you will all laugh and say there is nothing I can do because yes, I did sign the contract. But your karma will come; you or someone in family will be screwed over by a sketchy, sterotypical car salesman. You can ganarantee I will not remove this post unless my final sales bill is fixed and I am refunded the money I was over charged by Erick and this fraudulent dealership....I can't take you to court but I can and will tell Volkswagen, and Ford how shady this business is . I will also be sure to let the BBB know about your misleading conduct and I will file a compliant with the Maryland Attorney Generals Office. My voice alone won't be enough but I guarantee if all the people in the past you have screwed over lodge complaints along with mine, some eyebrows will be raised.
