Do not value loyal customers We have bought 3 cars from this dealership and the first 2 were wonderful cars no problems. We just bought a used Hyundai that had only 14500 miles on it. There were several things they had to fix off the git go and they did them. But about 2 or 3 weeks later there were problems with the cooling system which was one of the problems they "fixed" after we bought the car. We had to pay over 800 to get the repairs completed. We understand when you buy a used car that things can go wrong but really?. I contacted the general manager and explained what had happened and that the car was my daughters and she was a recent college grad with student loans and asked if there was anything they could do since part of the problem was something they claimed they had fixed. He was very understanding and asked for the bills to be sent to him so he could see what if anything he could do. After a couple of weeks I finally got an answer...he could offer us 10% of the monies we had to pay. Eighty dollars! is all they offered. A loyal customer for years and they offer 10%. When I said I expected a little more considering we have bought 3 cars from them 7 years I was told sorry this is what they can do. I told them since Antwerpen appeared to need the 80.00 more than a poor college grad they could keep it. NOT HAPPY AND WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. More

Over the thirty years I have been doing business at this location, I have come to regard the employees as members of my "automotive family." I have always been greeted as family and treated with kindness and respect. The Sales Consultants, Service Writers and technicians have, over time become friends who treat me as one of the family. On my most recent visit, Chris Green (the General Manager),Chris Porter (business mgr.) and Rhia Buttrum (Sales Consultant) helped me select and purchase the specific Passat that is most appropriate to the kind of commute I do each day. Set back. More trouble then I bargained for. My experience with this dealership was horrendous. I brought my newly purchased certified pre owned Volkswagen into this dealership for an oil change My experience with this dealership was horrendous. I brought my newly purchased certified pre owned Volkswagen into this dealership for an oil change on Monday. I also was having issues with my rear view mirror attaching, and was told that would be fixed and covered by my CPO. I am a young graduate student who recently moved to Maryland from New York and thus have no additional supports down here. I am a first time vehicle owner, and this is my first time bringing my vehicle anywhere for service. I went to the dealership because my understanding was that the quality of service was at an above average standard here. I was wrong. After keeping my car over night to wait for a part, I was called and told that the mechanic working on my vehicle broke my windshield and that they would need to keep my car for an additional night/day. When I called the dealership back to discuss this matter, as I am a full time graduate student and commute over and hour on 95 south everyday for class. I was told that in similar situations, a loaner car would be provided, but right now "none are available". This is unacceptable. Absolutely unacceptable. I made arrangements to get to and from my internship at the Montgomery county health and human services offices for the first day they needed to keep my car. now I am down and out yet another day, and have no way to attend my classes tomorrow (which I pay of pocket for). I never thought I would be this displeased with Volkswagen as their standard of customer service always seemed to be high. I have only owned my vehicle for 3 months and it is sad to say I am already regretting the decision. More

For medical students, we walked out of there happy with an affordable lease payment. Samuel Serio (our salesman) took to the time to listen to our concerns, helped us reach an affordable payment plan, and even taught us how to drive a stick shift (since that's what we had decided to lease). After having spent a few weeks looking at cars, we are glad we made our way to Antwerpen! More
