Visited Service Dept. for oil change. Paperwork was prepared correctly and signed. Shuttle was called to drive my brother & me to a restaurant for lunch. Shuttle returned for oil change. I totally enjoyed the experience that I had recently at Antwerpen. The Service Manager Ralph was very informative as to the work that was done and Wendi the Service advisor was very pleasant, efficient an Antwerpen. I must say my only unpleasant experience was with the Coffee machine. Coffee horrible, but hot chocolate saved the day. More

The dealership has no courtesy cars and doesn’t transport you farther than 10 miles away so be aware of that first. They say they open at 7 am however the first appt is never until 830. The service departmen you farther than 10 miles away so be aware of that first. They say they open at 7 am however the first appt is never until 830. The service department doesn’t hold to their projected timelines and provides no updates if they miss it and the team when you are checking out to get your car back is extremely rude. I would rather drive to Annapolis than return to this dealership. More
