I was not happy with the services received. My vehicle was brought in for repairs due to a car accident. It took 2 months for the repairs to be done. In the process of repairing my vehicle they My vehicle was brought in for repairs due to a car accident. It took 2 months for the repairs to be done. In the process of repairing my vehicle they broke the back window of my SUV and I had to wait an additional at least another additional 2 weeks. When I received my vehicle there was little pieces of glass in my trunk and I cut myself. Also, the metal strip on the outside of the right back passenger door was chipped on the very corner of it, and the front right passenger door had a scuff on it. The gentleman rubbed something on it believing that it would remove the scuff but it didn’t. The gentleman said he would order the part and call me when it arrives so that I can bring my car in and he would replace it. Here we are in December and I never heard back from anyone at the repair shop. There were no apologies received for anything. Also, I was told that my car would be cleaned and detailed before getting it back. That was not the case. After months sitting and being worked on, my car was received dirty. You would think that after all the inconvenience the least that they could have done was give me back a clean vehicle. I am very disappointed. This is not good customer service. More
I went to get some service work done, which was oil change, tire rotation, vehicle wipe down, and pollen filter change. Once service work was completed I went to check my vehicle. Upon research, I no change, tire rotation, vehicle wipe down, and pollen filter change. Once service work was completed I went to check my vehicle. Upon research, I noticed my tires were not rotate it. I went back into the service area to ask them. How do they rotate their tires? And they inform me that ties are rotated front to back. I told them that my tires were not rotated and they were surprised that they wasn't and I told them I knew they was not rotated because I marked my tires before arriving and that time knew my tires were not rotated. They apologized, and I told them how do I know if the service worker completed all the other work that he was supposed to do. They took my vehicle back in to recheck everything and to rotate my tires. My thing is, I'm just curious as to how many customers have come to that Volkswagen location and paid for services that was not rendered. I was compensated for my next appointment to have my vehicle detailed and sided out due to them, not completing their work. More

I came in with a coupon from Antwerpen Volkswagen, and the manager Adam “adjusted” the price so after the discount I ended up paying more than the original price.
