My car was at the shop for 3 weeks and I got it back absolutely dirty inside and outside (my car is only 3 month old- brand new purchased in May). In addition I found a receipt from a sub shop dated wi absolutely dirty inside and outside (my car is only 3 month old- brand new purchased in May). 3 wait hours wait at the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous! And the customer experience was non existent! We used to own multiple Volkswagen vehicles and but we are giving up on th tire rotation is ridiculous! And the customer experience was non existent!
