Buying experience was fine however a week later I noticed rust spots all over the car. It was clearly iron dust from transport or stored near manufacturing. I live 2 hours from this dealership and drove down rust spots all over the car. It was clearly iron dust from transport or stored near manufacturing. I live 2 hours from this dealership and drove down for a good deal. It took me a month and four calls to talk to someone to offer a solution. They offered to resolve the issue but only if I brought the car back to them knowing it's a 4 hour round trip for me plus the wait time. I don't think that this dealership working with my local dealership to fix this issue or covering the cost of a local detailer is unreasonable. I spoke to my local dealership and they said they look for iron dust when cars come in and won't accept them from shipping with that issue. Also, on another note, I left my garage door opener in my old car, I offered to pay postage to get it back, they said they were sending, followed up each of the four times I called, yet never received it. In my opinion, they only care about the sale, not the customer. More

Lastly, she is a great and fun person/communicator. It was nice to discuss or share to great Anne Arundel area events and happenings. (Maryland Hall for the Arts. AA County Fairground Events, etc.). This is by far the WORST car dealership I’ve worked with in over 20 years of buying. Employees don’t communicate with each other or with the customer, and every encounter is at least 30 minutes of being pas in over 20 years of buying. Their service department is atrocious. My BRAND NEW 2025 Atlas was in my possession for less than a week and has spent nearly 3 weeks in the service center for manufacturing problems. No updates are given-always have to call and pry information from various employees. AVOID Antwerpen VW!!!! More
