My experience with the service team at this location was absolutely horrific. Jay Tauber is one of the service managers and he does not know how to treat customers. I was yelled at and completely disrespected by Jay Tauber after making a request for service! Wow! Making a request for Toyota vehicle service at a Toyota vehicle service center turned into a complete circus! And I was a first time customer! This was a horrible first impression! He accused me of trying to tell them “how to run their business.” After making a request to have my vehicle serviced. You would’ve thought I asked for something out of the ordinary! This is how you treat customers? A simple request turned into a customer being yelled at, taken advantage of and disrespected? There are plenty of other Toyota dealerships and service stations. No need to spend you time, energy or money where team members do not work well with the public. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Buyer beware! More
