Several years ago we had a very bad experience with the Antwerpen dealerships when trying to purchase a car for our daughter. We ended up purchasing another brand from another dealership. When it was time for us to purchase another car, we decided on a Toyota Camry. My husband went on-line to research about the vehicle and the prices. When he received a call from Paul at the Clarksville Antwerpen dealership, we was automatically on-guard. Paul was very helpful and non-agressive. Gary explained our previous experience with his dealership and informed him that we were very hesitant to come in the show room. After much discussion, we decided to meet with Paul. It was a very pleasant conversation. Paul was very helpful, informative and not "pushy" at all. We purchased our vehicle that very day. We also purchased the DingMD program for the vehicle. The program impressed me so much that I returned later that week to purchase the program for my 2006 Lincoln LS. We were not very happy when we received the paperwork in the mail days later. We were told at the dealership that it was a lifetime policy - the document stated 6 years. We were informed it would cover all dings to the body and windshield - we were NOT told that it would NOT cover any previous dings. (I have a few dings - that's why I purchased the policy!) I called the service number on the paperwork and was informed that a representative at the dealership was supposed to walk around my vehicle with me prior to purchasing the policy, pointing out any issues that may not be covered in the policy - this DID NOT happen! I got a return call later from that representative to let me know that the policy we purchased is, in fact, a life-time policy. What am I now to do with a DingMD policy that won't repair the current dings on my Lincoln LS? More

I was very impressed with how accomodating Antwerpen was. THey worked with my less then perfect credit to get my family a car quickly after my family car was totaled in an accident. Upon arrival at Antwerpen, we were graciously met by Mr. Duane Keyser and he did his utmost to make us feel comfortable. From the start to the finish, the entire buying experience is the best that we have ever had and it is all thanks to Mr. Keyser. He explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. There were no hidden agendas and he was very upfront about the entire process. We drove away in a beautiful Corolla LE. We had bought cars from other Toyota Dealers and none of them can compare to our experience with Antwerpen. Duane Keyser is a definite asset to this dealership and he should be commended on his people-skills and decency with his customers. I came in and test drove a car. After some talking, we worked up a deal that I agreed with and accepted. Halfway through the paperwork, the sales associate came back in and told me that they could no long worked up a deal that I agreed with and accepted. I'm 55 years old and I've bought quite a few cars in my life. Most of the transactions were pretty good but a few have been difficult or tiresome. Antwerpan Toyota was closest to my home. I went in to buy a Toyota Prius and after the way they treated me, I traded in my Lexus on a different brand and decided I would not buy a Toyota product again. Maunfacturers need to understand that a dealership can turn you away from a brand. This is the WORST dealership I have ever been to in my life. I thought this kind of car dealership was a relic of the past. Caveat Emptor! I suugest all buyers beware of this dealership. Before Jack can say Yes, you better say No. More

I came in to see a specific car. It was nice but I was concerned about the mileage, considering the price. Kermit is a terrible listener- I told him what monthly payment I wanted to make and he went to ta concerned about the mileage, considering the price. They refused to be talked down so I left. A few days later I saw they had lowered the price $1000 so I again went back. However, once "certification" and "vehicle reconditioning" had been added (they had been thrown in before), the price was the same. I tried to point this out and they pretty much ignored me. When I left again he left me an extremely sarcastic voicemail, thanking me for my business. A few days later I called to ask if they had any other Rav4s and he said yes. When I asked what they were like he said he had a great CR-V for me. If I wanted a Honda I would have gone to a Honda dealer and I said thank you but I was going to keep looking. He then left me a voicemail telling me what a horrible customer I was, and how he'd done so much for me for nothing. I don't see how anyone that unprofessional can possibly still be employed. I then decided maybe I should try for a new car. I went to the new dealer side and was put with Stan, who is nice enough. But they didn't have the car I wanted (had sold it that morning) so they (Stan and Joe, a manager) tried to pressure me into a car I didn't want and couldn't afford. I was having a hard time leaving when I got a text from my brother's friend telling me they'd been in an accident and I needed to come help them. I told Stan this and he said ok, come back if you want a car. A month later he called me and left a voicemail introducing himself as the salesman I'd met with at Antwerpen, the day my brother had "supposedly been in an accident or something like that". He broke his arm in that accident and I don't need some car dealer doubting me. Now I get a phone call at least once a week, even though I bought a car from another dealer and told them that. They are rude and unprofessional and I don't know how they're competing with the other dealers in this area. More

My wife and I have been shopping for a new vehicle for quite some time as we have been interested in replacing her Camry. I must say Antwerpen was the no-brainer choice for us. Our whole experience was amazing! We did all of our shopping online and when we visited the store they had the exact 2011 Camry we have been talking about ready for us when we arrived. We were very reluctant to replace our 2000 Camry which was in great shape and has been a wonderful vehicle for us (it has 165,000 miles on it and I'm sure will stay strong), but they were able to offer us exactly what we wanted for our trade! We will be recommending Antwerpen to all our family and friends! I am shocked at the rating of this store in our book you are an A++++ thanks again for making this a painless and hassle-free purchase we will surely be returning for service and we are confident that we will receive the same excellent level of customer service.
