Do not trust this dealer. They lied about the quote on the phone and even when we were already in their store. The number that they gave over the phone was not even close to the price that they were tryi the phone and even when we were already in their store. The story began when customer service representative Keshia Ruffin called me after I put a quote on the internet and offered to beat the price of any other dealer. Few minutes later she gave me the price for a new 2011 Toyota Highlander that sounded too good to be true. I called her back just to confirm that she did not make any mistake, she confirmed everything. I still wasn't that sure I can trust them so I asked to confirm this conversation with an e-mail. Keisha never replied to my request knowing that she was lying probably she didn't want any proof of her words. The next morning my friend called Antwerpen asking for a quote for the same year make model and configuration as I did the day before. She was given exactly the same number that was given to me the day before. This time sales rep was Samantha Androsky. Upon our request this girl sent us the e-mail confirmation stating the price for the vehicle, 2011 year, model, stock number, etc. When we checked the stock number at the Antwerpen Toyota web site - it appeared that it matched to a 2010 Toyota Highlander. We called back and Samantha acknowledged that she made a mistake. When we said we will not come to the dealership, another customer service representative LaToya Mckay called us back and expressed her guarantee that we will get the price that was promised for 2011 car. They were trying to lure us in at any cost. We came right away – the price was great. We told to the Sales Consultant Ola Lawoyin the price for the car that we were given and asked that if he is not going to make it just tell us upfront and save everybody’s time. He hesitantly went to check on something, then another something, then came back letting us know that the price is right and he will go pick a car for us. He even asked me what color I want. Why? 15 minutes later he brought a car that was not the color I asked for (I didn’t mind it … but why ask if you know we don’t get to choose?) He informed us that for the price we want that was the only car that he could do. He took us for the test drive and only after I filled in application to finance, he came back to us with the piece of paper showing how all of a sudden the price that was given to us over the phone and e-mail grew 3,000$ more. After a heated discussion about honor and lying sales manager Michael Friend was brought in. He told us that he is very sorry that young and inexperienced customer service girl made a mistake in e-mail (he forgot to mention that we were told what the price will be when we just walked into the store). He said he absolutely can’t give us the originally quoted price. Finally realizing that talking to us is making more harm than good they said “no deal”. We were expecting at least some explanation from the general manager James Kim. Instead we were told that what we want can’t be done and we should just shut up and leave. Stay away as far as possible, none of them will ever tell you the truth. Especially the following: Sales Manager Michael Friend, General Sales Manager James Kim, Sales Consultant Ola Lawoyin, Customer Service representatives LaToya Mckay, Keshia Ruffin and Samantha Androsky. When I got what I asked for my trade-in , the Sales Manager ( I'm assuming thats what he was ) said it really hurt him to give me that much for my trade-in. I really didn't have to hear that. He could have kept that to him self! Other wise I kind of enjoyed the transaction. More

Peter Harrison was a delightful salesman, respectful and accommodating. The first finance manager I worked with was pretty unpleasant, but as soon as I mentioned that to Peter he and the store manager went out of their way to put me with someone who was much more pleasant to work with. I think I could have gotten a better price, but I did not haggle as that is part of my discomfort with the process, so anything I paid in excess of what others might have paid is my fault. All in all it was a good experience, I got the car I wanted from a team of people who were pleasant and accommodating. More
The staff was very friendly. Duayne answered all of my questions and was very attentive with follow up. They all worked quickly to get the paperwork done fast so that I could get out of there. Several years ago we had a very bad experience with the Antwerpen dealerships when trying to purchase a car for our daughter. We ended up purchasing another brand from another dealership. When it was time for us to purchase another car, we decided on a Toyota Camry. My husband went on-line to research about the vehicle and the prices. When he received a call from Paul at the Clarksville Antwerpen dealership, we was automatically on-guard. Paul was very helpful and non-agressive. Gary explained our previous experience with his dealership and informed him that we were very hesitant to come in the show room. After much discussion, we decided to meet with Paul. It was a very pleasant conversation. Paul was very helpful, informative and not "pushy" at all. We purchased our vehicle that very day. We also purchased the DingMD program for the vehicle. The program impressed me so much that I returned later that week to purchase the program for my 2006 Lincoln LS. We were not very happy when we received the paperwork in the mail days later. We were told at the dealership that it was a lifetime policy - the document stated 6 years. We were informed it would cover all dings to the body and windshield - we were NOT told that it would NOT cover any previous dings. (I have a few dings - that's why I purchased the policy!) I called the service number on the paperwork and was informed that a representative at the dealership was supposed to walk around my vehicle with me prior to purchasing the policy, pointing out any issues that may not be covered in the policy - this DID NOT happen! I got a return call later from that representative to let me know that the policy we purchased is, in fact, a life-time policy. What am I now to do with a DingMD policy that won't repair the current dings on my Lincoln LS? More
I had a great expierence at Toyota. The staff was prompt and friendly. JC was great I meet him working at the Bank. Of course when I was looking into a new vehicle I knew I should talk to him first. The only thing I would complain about is the finanace department was very rushy, rushy. I know I may be young but I know alot when it comes to financing, prices, etc. I wish he would of taken the time and answered my questions in a more posititive prompt response rather than making me feel rushed. I was very impressed with how accomodating Antwerpen was. THey worked with my less then perfect credit to get my family a car quickly after my family car was totaled in an accident. They let me test drive both and even offered to let me take one home since my husband was not with me on my test drive day. They never pushed me toward one vehicle over the other and were very accomodating. More
My husband and I had the most amazing car-buying experience at Antwerpen Toyota. We have purchased Toyotas in the past and are very happy with the quality of cars produced by them. Upon arrival at Antwerpen, we were graciously met by Mr. Duane Keyser and he did his utmost to make us feel comfortable. From the start to the finish, the entire buying experience is the best that we have ever had and it is all thanks to Mr. Keyser. He explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. There were no hidden agendas and he was very upfront about the entire process. We drove away in a beautiful Corolla LE. We had bought cars from other Toyota Dealers and none of them can compare to our experience with Antwerpen. Duane Keyser is a definite asset to this dealership and he should be commended on his people-skills and decency with his customers. We have recommended him to our friends and when in the market for our next car, we hope that he will be available to help us out again. Thank you Antwerpen and most especially, thank you Duane!
