After an absolutely terrible purchase experience with Darcars of Silver Spring, some friends recommended we try Antwerpen. Of all the Toyota dealers I've visited, this one was the very best (aside from Darcars of Silver Spring, some friends recommended we try Antwerpen. Of all the Toyota dealers I've visited, this one was the very best (aside from Fredrick Toyota which I don't believe is in business any longer). Ultimately we did not purchase another Toyota, therefore we did not go through the entire purchase process. So, our glowing review primarily applies to Tim Murther (the sales person) who was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful in working with us as we considered several cars, both new and used. I can't say for sure that the experience extends to the dealership overall but our experience, as far as it went, was consistent with the positive recommendation we received from our friends. More

This is our third used car we have purchased from a dealer over the years so we have experience in this matter. The salesman was friendly enough but the service & the vehicle we purchased is what we ha dealer over the years so we have experience in this matter. The salesman was friendly enough but the service & the vehicle we purchased is what we have issue with. The car was given to us w/ only 1/4 tank gas & no offer to fill tank was made. The windshield wiper blades were totally rotted & should have been replaced to since this vehicle was supposedly inspected. These are two relatively small items but overall they are big issues as well. It is HIGHLY UNLIKELY we will ever us any Antwerpen dealership for any car purchase in the further. We also will not be recommending them to anyone. More

This dealership has NO problem LYING; STEALING; CHEATING; SCAMING to make a sale. There management not only facilitates these practices but encourages them! There customer service makes no efforts to satisfy there customers & management has no problems defending employees that make unlawful agreement to get the bottom line!! He understood the process that I was using to choose the right dealer and the right dealership and respected my method. He is a salesman we will look for in the future. The only negative we came away with was when the manager, John, put numbers in front of us that did not exactly match our understanding of the deal we had made.
