I purchased my new Sienna from Antwerpen Toyota and had it shipped to me in Louisiana. That's how good the price was! Rafael responded right away and was able to answer all my questions and confirm the features on the vehicle. He was great throughout the entire process and really eased my concerns, as I was a little nervous buying a car sight unseen. A family member that lived in the area set up a test drive with Rafael and checked the vehicle out for us. Rafael even brought the car around to the front of the dealership to save time, which I really appreciated since my brother-in-law was on his way home from work and he had four little ones waiting on him! The finance department overnight-ed the documents to us and even included a prepaid, self-addressed return envelope to make the process as easy as possible. Rafael made sure the car was detailed and oversaw the auto carrier pick up for me as well. It arrived today - super clean and with a full tank of gas! It was a simple, hassle free process from beginning to end. More

I kept going back to Toyota bc of the Lifetime Oil Change. The last two times at exactly one hour I would go back to the service counter and ask for the status. My service advisor would then come out Change. The last two times at exactly one hour I would go back to the service counter and ask for the status. My service advisor would then come out and say: "I was just getting the paperwork ready" It took them an hour to figure out the air filter was dirty?!?! I complained the last trip and made the appt for my last oil change. During the last visit I was told the both front lower control arms and the spark plugs needed to be replaced. I JUST replaced spark plugs somewhere else. I didn't trust the opinion for the control arms to be replaced, especially that I was quoted $2500. Went for a 2nd opinion after I was told I would be putting my children in danger - nothing needed to be done!! I DO NOT recommend Toyota in Clarksville, MD for any repairs. I will not be going back!
