Took my daughter to this dealer to look for her FIRST car. Not only did she find the car she loved - Chris (our salesman) was a HUGE help! He went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and work car. Not only did she find the car she loved - Chris (our salesman) was a HUGE help! Purchased a used Toyota from this dealer. The vehicle had a few components missing. The sales person initially said - don't worry we will fix everything before delivery, it is still under bumper to bumper wa a few components missing. He even said he would put a new set of floor mat on it. But after putting signature on the documents, the attitude of salesperson turned 180-degree. Unlike promised earlier, we could not take vehicle home on the same day because their printer did not work to print the temporary tag. The next day, when handing over the key, there was only one set of key for the vehicle. When I asked about the spare key, the salesman promised he will contact previous seller for the spare set of key. After asking about the mat, he just put a generic cheap floor mat that does not fit into the vehicle and cost less than $20 at walmart. I kept following up for the key but he always said he could not contact the seller. I then obtained a spare transponder and remote key from a local locksmith and asked to help me for reprogramming the key. He took about a week to answer me. Then he said he would charge $50.00 for reprogramming the remote. My local dealer does that for $35, why should I go there now? I had to fight for getting my tag as the dealer claimed I already took it. When I went to get my tag, some front staff told me it was given to another person and I have to come back again. I was worried for misuse of the tag if it is in a wrong hand, so I called to ask about it the next business day. The lady staff responsible for handling tag was rudely saying to me - "I already gave you the tag, you showed me your driver license, you took tag from me, you put your signature here" ..etc. even after I repeatedly told her that the signature was not mine. After I fought over the phone and refused to talk with her, her supervisor came to the phone and later they said they have my tag with them placed in a different drawer. The experience was horrible. Mr. Harrison has a pleasant personality and a great sense of humor. He took the time to thoroughly explain all of the specs and he patiently answered all of my questions. Ms. Wheeler explained all of Antwerpen's accessory packages. She is friendly and extremely knowledgeable about your products. Mr. Onrubia is the finance manager that helped me get to a monthly payment that I felt comfortable with. Although I do not have the best credit, he treated me like I was a millionaire, who was spending a lot more money than I actually did. Mr. Onrubia took his time and answered all of my questions, which really put me at ease while making this investment. I really want to thank Keith Harrison, Samantha Wheeler and Rafeal Onrubia for their kindness and professionalism. They made me feel valued during the process. Never at any point did I feel rushed. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. I will, without hesitation, be returning to Antwerpen Toyota for my next vehicle. More

Our salesman, JC, was recommended. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, starting with the receptionist, to the sales manager and including the service staff, salesman and finance manager. My wife and i were very satisfied with our experience. Our salesman listened to our requirements for a new vehicle and suggested we might consider an additional model. The decision came down to a Prius V Five and a Camry Hybrid XLE. Twelve days late we are very pleased with the Prius V with have enjoyed the first 500 miles.The unexpected purchasing experience was pleasant and we did not feel pressured or "played with". More
I had an appointment with Michael Oh for a purchase of a car. I had trouble going there because a friend of mine was driving me and it took him awhile to come get me.
