I received a flyer indicating I would receive employee pricing on a new car if I purchased before the end of November. I conducted some research and determined employee pricing at Toyota is 5% off the in pricing on a new car if I purchased before the end of November. I conducted some research and determined employee pricing at Toyota is 5% off the invoice price. I did research to determine the average sale price of the vehicle I was looking at too. I went to Antwerpen Toyota, test drove a vehicle and went to purchase it. Antwerpen Toyota did not honor their ad and they only offered me $400 off the listed sticker price. This price was in the poor range of pricing according to my research. They made me wait 20 minutes for the first quote and when I rejected it they made me wait another 20 minutes to reduce the price by another $500. I simply walked out at that point. I went to Russell Toyota and they beat the Antwerpen Toyota price right out of the gate by nearly $3500. I bought my new car that night (in and out in less than an hour) with tax and title and the full warranty package for less than the second quoted (before tax and title) Antwerpen Toyota price. More
From the time we stepped in his office to the time we left his public relation was excellent. Worst service experience ever! They recommended that I replace my battery when I did not need one. I confirmed with 2 other mechanics that my battery is in good condition. They allegedly aligned my car replace my battery when I did not need one. I confirmed with 2 other mechanics that my battery is in good condition. They allegedly aligned my car yet it was out of alignment 2 weeks later. My other mechanic said this is highly unlikely if they actually did the work they charged me for. They also failed to notify me that my brakes were dangerously worn out. My other mechanic picked up on this thankfully. I will never go back to this place and I highly recommend that you don't either. This service department is unethical and does not respond to complaints. The service manager said he'd call me back 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for him to call me to remedy this awful situation. Customer beware! More

We looked at many options with our range and we ended up purchasing a brand new 2014 Toyota Corolla LE since my wife felt that the options were important and Russell helped with lowering the price with a reasonable range. He is probably the best sales person I have ever dealt with and would recommend to any and everyone. If you are looking for a new or used car, whether it is a Toyota or not, make it a point to stop by and see him. You will not be disappointed. The best ever! More

My experience with this dealership was amazing....I have never had the luxury of purchasing a brand new car. Today, I can proudly say that I am the PROUD owner of a brand new...did you hear me? I took my car to the dealer for a battery change on January 2013. In August, I went for a vacation for two weeks, during which car was not used. When I returned back, I couldn't start the car (turned o January 2013. In August, I went for a vacation for two weeks, during which car was not used. When I returned back, I couldn't start the car (turned on the ignition with no sound coming). I did a jump start, which was successful. I called the dealer on 8/23, explained the situation and the service manager (I didn't get the name) told me that even with a new battery, it is normal that battery doesn't operate as expected after two weeks of not driving. I told him that this is surprising and I didn't have the same problem with my other car, which wasn't used during the same period. He asked me if the other car is Toyota. I told him no, it is a Honda and he said, Honda is different. I told him that I never had this problem with my car before till this battery change although in the past the car wasn't used more than two weeks. He hung up the phone. Looking my invoice again from January 2013, dealer charged me $75 for testing, and $112 for battery and pads. I didn't pay attention to the invoice back then. They never disclosed that they will perform a $75 test, and they also didn't disclose that they will install a battery which doesn't work after 2 weeks of not driving. This is not the first time this dealer ordered unnecessary repairs. They do their best suggesting and charging for the work that is not needed. More
My wife and I came into the dealership looking to trade in an old car for a used one. When we reached, Keith, our salesman, met us at the door and greeted us with a huge smile. My wife was still not looking forward to giving up her car of 5 years for another used one. We sat down and talked to Keith. He said that he could get my wife in a new car that day. She was so excited, he made her day. Keith was VERY professional and considerate. Great work ethics, and a sense of humor. He was very knowledgeable with all of the cars' features and components. My wife and I felt like a part of the Antwerpen family. The finance manager James Moore kept my wife informed with ALL of her many inquires. He made us laugh, as to pass the time because of the computer problems. Although my wife became VERY upset when she over heard the Finance Director, David Orellana, say that "she has nothing to bring to the table, no, she has nothing to bring, nothing; she'll only bring him down". I believe that was very unprofessional, inconsiderate, and showed that he has poor customer relation skills. I do thank James for trying to get her mind off of what he said. In all we had a good experience. KEITH WAS EXCELLENT!!!! Thank you!! We love our BRAND NEW CAR!!! (Keith is now apart of our family) More
