I have encountered a number of service reps over the years and have been mostly satisfied and on occasion dissatisfied with their approach or presentation of work that needed to be done. However, whatever 'work' was/is recommended, I typically have done. I must say that my Solara still 'hums' like new and has always been dependable transportation. So, thank you to the guys @ Antwerpen Toyota/Clarksville for keeping the ride 'sweet' ~ they must be doing something right! Kudos to Steve Toulotte, the service rep that I've dealt with a couple of times. He is pleasant, informative, helpful (i.e., works with you) ~ not the hard sell that can be so unappealing in this venue. He went 'the extra mile' to assist me on this last $61,000 mile service visit. Next service trip, I will be sure to request Steve Toulotte ~ you should too! More

Ladies and gentlemen in todays America, I find that any cooperation willing to take responsibility for their action is admirable, especially if mistakes have been made. My salesperson Mr. Russell Cromwell gave me excellent service throughout my car buying experience. He gave me needed guidance to the new technology of the Toyota Prius and assisted me during the test dr service throughout my car buying experience. He also helped me with the trade-in of my prior vehicle including handing the paper work of the prior title and tags. Mr. Cromwell was always there for me throughout the entire car buying experience and followed up by providing his contact information in case I had further questions as I became accustomed to the car. Frankly, I cannot imagine better service than I received from Mr. Cromwell. He addressed my concerns about fuel efficiency of the Prius, its reliability, and its ability to transport significant loads of documents -- all of which were of special concern to me. Throughout the process, he demonstrated that he was a person of high integrity while being sensitive to the buyer's concerns. Additionally and most importantly he demonstrated inspiration and motivation regarding the Toyota product. His enthusiasm was inspirational to me as well as to his coworkers who also assisted me. Frankly, I believe that a highly competitive company such as Toyota would want Mr. Cromwell on its management team. I received a flyer indicating I would receive employee pricing on a new car if I purchased before the end of November. I conducted some research and determined employee pricing at Toyota is 5% off the in pricing on a new car if I purchased before the end of November. I conducted some research and determined employee pricing at Toyota is 5% off the invoice price. I did research to determine the average sale price of the vehicle I was looking at too. I went to Antwerpen Toyota, test drove a vehicle and went to purchase it. Antwerpen Toyota did not honor their ad and they only offered me $400 off the listed sticker price. This price was in the poor range of pricing according to my research. They made me wait 20 minutes for the first quote and when I rejected it they made me wait another 20 minutes to reduce the price by another $500. I simply walked out at that point. I went to Russell Toyota and they beat the Antwerpen Toyota price right out of the gate by nearly $3500. I bought my new car that night (in and out in less than an hour) with tax and title and the full warranty package for less than the second quoted (before tax and title) Antwerpen Toyota price. More

Worst service experience ever! They recommended that I replace my battery when I did not need one. I confirmed with 2 other mechanics that my battery is in good condition. They allegedly aligned my car yet it was out of alignment 2 weeks later. My other mechanic said this is highly unlikely if they actually did the work they charged me for. They also failed to notify me that my brakes were dangerously worn out. My other mechanic picked up on this thankfully. I will never go back to this place and I highly recommend that you don't either. This service department is unethical and does not respond to complaints. The service manager said he'd call me back 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for him to call me to remedy this awful situation. Customer beware! More
