I went to Antwerpen in Clarksville because I work nearby as a school teacher. We were greeted by a salesman while looking around the lot on Presidents' Day. We explained what it was we were looking for, a Toyota Camry SE. The nightmare with Antwerpen began then. In short I was required to put a $500 deposit down for them to source the color I wanted! My friend came in to test drive the vehicle at my request. As we attempted to work out the details over the next several days, our sales rep "left" the company. The new rep. Robert exchanged multiple texts/emails with my friend working out an acceptable price. As a precaution based on the bait and switch stories we had heard from friends, we sent one last correspondence to Robert the day of our appointment to close on the car. It was no surprise to learn that Robert's folder was for a lower end model (LE) of the Camry, not an SE. Outraged, my friend wondered how this could happen as he stressed SE, not LE, in his emails to Robert and his conversations with both his predecessor and Matt in finance. We walked away, although Robert apologized and attempted to negotiate a better price on an SE. We actually have a text where he stated he had an SE ready for our 4PM appointment that day! Disappointed but still hopeful, I recently went back and was offered a deal on a newer model of an SE. I liked that car. Jeff, the sales manager gave me hard copy of pricing for an SE and the newer SE 2014.5. No surprise to find that he left off $500 of the $1000 incentive for the 2014.5 (which is all over Toyota's internet). No surprise that he did not return my friend's call as we once again tried to finalize the purchase. Robert however, came back into the fold and left me a message today!? We have decided to try other dealers in the area, even at a higher price. More

We figured we would have to go to the no haggle place down the road out of convenience and pay more for the car, but we tried contacting several internet sales managers at traditional car dealerships just in case a compelling deal could be made remotely. Every place we contacted before Antwerpen treated internet leads as a way to promise big savings online (#s actually weren't much better than CarMax), but insisted that we "come to the dealership to negotiate our best price." It seemed that they totally bypassed the part of my email about needing to have a deal in place before coming to the dealership. Sean Rozanski from Antwerpen's Internet sales emailed us, asked about our circumstances, and asked for our offer. He respected us wanting to exchange information in email and didn't push phone calls or dealer visits (which made this the only dealership with actively chose to call by the way). Within an hour, he and sales consultant Paul Tseng had the car we wanted for the price we wanted. We drove to Antwerpen waiting to get there and find out that there were several additional dealer add ons or fees that weren't discussed via email or on the phone. For the record, there were dealer enhancements made to the car that were not on the comparable models at the other dealerships in the area, but the deal when we got there was exactly the deal we had negotiated in advance - NO BLIND SIDING, NO TRICKS. IT WAS A COMPLETELY TRANSPARENT PROCESS. Paul even managed to keep our toddler entertained with cartoons on his computer while paperwork was being drawn up. Josh in finance also deserves kudos for clearly answering all of our questions. Skeptics by nature, we were blown away by our experience at Antwerpen. Consider us customers for life. More
I received the info from Paul about this car and he gave me a good price. The car is in good condition except the wheels (they just look old but I'm told it will not affect my driving). Have had my 2007 Toyota Solara serviced @ this dealership since the car was purchased ~ which was also @ this dealership in July, 2006. I have encountered a number of service reps over the years and have be since the car was purchased ~ which was also @ this dealership in July, 2006. I have encountered a number of service reps over the years and have been mostly satisfied and on occasion dissatisfied with their approach or presentation of work that needed to be done. However, whatever 'work' was/is recommended, I typically have done. I must say that my Solara still 'hums' like new and has always been dependable transportation. So, thank you to the guys @ Antwerpen Toyota/Clarksville for keeping the ride 'sweet' ~ they must be doing something right! Kudos to Steve Toulotte, the service rep that I've dealt with a couple of times. He is pleasant, informative, helpful (i.e., works with you) ~ not the hard sell that can be so unappealing in this venue. He went 'the extra mile' to assist me on this last $61,000 mile service visit. Next service trip, I will be sure to request Steve Toulotte ~ you should too! More
The dealership made an oversight when repairing my 4 runner, however after the vehicle was brought back for the second time, service center admitted that there was an oversight on their part and took fu runner, however after the vehicle was brought back for the second time, service center admitted that there was an oversight on their part and took full responsibility for their mistake. I was charged only for parts no labor was included. Ladies and gentlemen in todays America, I find that any cooperation willing to take responsibility for their action is admirable, especially if mistakes have been made. I strongly recommend Antwerpen Toyota Service to anyone who owns a Toyota. Just an FYI always take your vehicle to a dealership. More

My salesperson Mr. Russell Cromwell gave me excellent service throughout my car buying experience. He gave me needed guidance to the new technology of the Toyota Prius and assisted me during the test dr service throughout my car buying experience. He gave me needed guidance to the new technology of the Toyota Prius and assisted me during the test drive on aspects of the hybrid technology driving and road handling. He also helped me with the trade-in of my prior vehicle including handing the paper work of the prior title and tags. Mr. Cromwell was always there for me throughout the entire car buying experience and followed up by providing his contact information in case I had further questions as I became accustomed to the car. Frankly, I cannot imagine better service than I received from Mr. Cromwell. He addressed my concerns about fuel efficiency of the Prius, its reliability, and its ability to transport significant loads of documents -- all of which were of special concern to me. Throughout the process, he demonstrated that he was a person of high integrity while being sensitive to the buyer's concerns. Additionally and most importantly he demonstrated inspiration and motivation regarding the Toyota product. His enthusiasm was inspirational to me as well as to his coworkers who also assisted me. Frankly, I believe that a highly competitive company such as Toyota would want Mr. Cromwell on its management team. I myself now look forward to being a part of the Toyota family -- this was my first experience buying a Toyota. More
