Once they get your money, they do not care. These people do not care about you once they have your money. I bought a Highlander - I added on leather seats and trailer hitch. I talked extensively to the sales guy about the seats as I am very picky. "you will love them, they are great'. They tell me it will take a full day to do the seats and the hitch. It actually took three days. And when I went to pick my car up, it was covered in bird xxxx (parked under a tree) and there was no trailer hitch - they forgot. I was really not impressed with the seats at all. The leather seems fake, it smelled and there are slight discolorations on the back seats. I sent my sales guy a text telling him that I wasn't satisfied and he basically told me too bad. He said he would talk to the General Manager, never heard back. I then make plans to get the hitch installed - the sales guy said he would meet me first thing Friday at 9am with a rental ready to go. I get there and tell the guy sitting behind the counter - he tells me my sales guy will be in shortly. At 9:30 I got so fed up I left. I then get a call from the sales guy asking me if I am still there - he is coming in at 10 and cannot believe no one else helped me. At this point, I feel like telling them they can keep the hitch - I am so sick of dealing with them. They were so nice and attentive, then they got my money and now they could care less. And in the 30 minutes I stood in the lobby, not one employee even spoke to me....I bet if I were there to buy a new car I would have gotten some attention. Awful. Next time (and I have had 5 Toyota vehicles) I will find another dealer. More

Antwerpen Toyota put up with me and my opinions and answered all my questions. They even worked with us to come up with the price that met my research. Very easy to deal with and no hint of anything other than honesty and integrity. More
