We went into the used dealership and a used salesman whose office was right by the entrance treated us as if we were wasting his time from the start. We were ready to by a car today! He then gave an outrageous low ball for our current vehicle (a Dodge Ram 2500 in great shape) with no explanation and walked away! More

I am VERY happy to report that was not the case at all today with Jonmark Correa at Antwerpen Toyota in Clarksville, MD and now the very proud owner of a brand new Toyota RAV4! Jonmark was fantastic, listened to my needs and preferences, more than knowledgeable about the trucks showing me the options that fit my needs, very helpful familiarizing me with new techy stuff :) and walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. After the great experience with Jonmark I was off to finance, worried again, but Jim in finance was great as well with no hard sales but just the right amount of important information. The other staff and management were very friendly and helpful all the way down to a manager making sure I had a ice for my drink!
