Beware this service department! ! My son took his 2016 Toyota Corolla in after a check engine light came on. He now lives about an hour away from our regular mechanic so he took it t ! He now lives about an hour away from our regular mechanic so he took it to Antwerpen which is much closer for a multi-point inspection. These scammers came back with almost $3100 in repairs on a car that is regularly serviced. I told him to immediately go get the car, but he had already approved them changing the spark plugs ($350). We took the Antwerpen list of repairs to our regular mechanic, and he said **none** of them were necessary. None!! Not even the spark plugs. The dashboard light could’ve been due to something as minor as a loose gas cap. The only conclusion to draw from this is that the Antwerpen service dept. are crooks. Stay far away unless you want these vultures picking your pockets!! More

The finance person, Jesse, did a fantastic job using a high tech desk surface that allowed us to sign everything electronically and gave us a copy of all our documents on a thumb drive.
