I definitely would not recommend this place. It's full of false advertisement and rude workers. The facility does not do shuttles, as mentioned on their website. If you come get a repair, they do a diagnostic of $170, but then they tax on around $25 for "shop fees." When you try to get a manager to discuss their false advertisement tactics, your complaints fall onto deaf ears. If they are willing to do this to Nissan owners, imagine what they would do to screw over new Nissan owners. Currently, I have waited 2 days for a sensor to be fixed. A mere sensor. When you call them, they say, “calling us won’t make it change it quicker.” Yet, they quoted me yesterday when I decided to do my services here. After revisiting to check on my vehicle, service became even more horrific. After I wrote a negative google review, Mr. Scott Steinberg, came to me at the dealership, giving his unprofessional, unsolicited opinion about my review. He ended his comments with, "well you ruined it. you made a decision, and you will live with it." After working with this dealership, I learned that even the service manager (bald white larger man who has a slight temper) refuses to follow NHTSA bulletins. Instead, he would make recommendations that will only increase your bill. Instead of following the recommendations (which involved a seized EGT sensor), he recommended replacing the entire manifold (which would cost additional $1700). When I suggested the NHTSA bulletin, he states, "that's it." He grabbed my paperwork and went towards the payment desk, "you can take your stuff to another dealership. we will not be servicing you here," as he required me to pay the diagnostic fees. This place is ridiculous. I have reported this place to Nissan corporate. I recommend people go elsewhere, as this place is utter trash. More

Originally when I came in, i planned on staying but did not realize it would take more than 5 hours, so I went to run some errands after a friend picked me up. Since I was no longer there, I received their not realize it would take more than 5 hours, so I went to run some errands after a friend picked me up. Since I was no longer there, I received their text/online updates of my car. They sent me the service report of the things I could get fixed with the car. My options were an alignment which was around $200+, replace the 2 front wheel bearings $1000+, and balance/rotate the tires $89. I selected to get an alignment and balance/rotation. The dealership closed at 3, and I was told me come pick my car up around 12:30-1pm. I was able to come pick it up around 2. When I got there, I paid the $379 I owed for the alignment and balance/rotation. After driving off the lot for not even 3 minutes, my check engine light came on and the car started sputtering like it was about to stop driving completely. Mind you, I have never seen my check engine light on before this occurrence. So I immediately took my car back and told the mechanic what was happening. He took it back into the shop, to which I learned that my engine all the sudden has a misfire and I now needed to replace the coil. Since it was now past 2:30, many of the mechanics had gone home and I was forced to leave my car at the dealership until Monday (2 days). When I came back on Monday to pick up my car, it would be ready by 9am since that’s what I was told. When I got there, I was now told that I needed to replace all 4 spark plugs. I was not told that on Saturday, nor did I believe it was in the complete report I was given. I soon came to learn that the replacement of the 4 spark plugs was in fact listed on the report, but was not properly explained to me nor was it listed under “needs immediate service” which is confusing seeing as my coil malfunctioned. So I not only spent $379 on Saturday, but also has to spend $590 on Monday which I was not expecting at all because of lack of communication and what seems to have been an error on one of the mechanic’s parts. In addition, I was not discounted at all for my inconvenience and lack of adequate service. More
Anywerpen is a trusted dealership. I refused to take my vehicle to shop that does not supply supperior service.
