I went to Antwerpen, because I had purchased there before, and the experience was good, thought it would be the same this time. Purchase a SUV last Friday, June 18, 2021, on day two the engine light before, and the experience was good, thought it would be the same this time. Purchase a SUV last Friday, June 18, 2021, on day two the engine light came on, I called Scott and was told to bring it down, which I did on Monday. They were able to get the light off but could give no explanation. Drove back hone 82 miles.. On Thrusday, the car stalled as I was backing out of a parking space, after three attemps and ten minutes it re-started. I was told to bring it down early this morning( Friday June25 and they would put me in a loaner), which he said was the truck of someone else. There are three persons presently in my household and there are going to place me in a truck that holds two people, additionally I do not think the car made it to the service bay. I was there for three hours, then I requested just return the car to me. In route back home, it stalled again. Just trying to get this resolve put 412 miles on the vehicle, Yes I was the fool for taking it back there when I could have taken it to any Nisan, by the way the SUV was 2021 with five miles. I hate to write this, but now I wonder about another comment made here about their experience and that it is all about selling cars. At least you would think they would refill the tank, since I had made two trips there (82 miles each way) Perhaps I was a fool again for going here. Bottom line 412 miles later and a combination of 7 hours of just waiting, I went to another dealership not far from home, were there for one hour, not only did the solve the issue but gave me the reason for it. The only time I write a review, is to recommend or applaud the seller or vendor for their product and service, therefore to write this review my experience was beyond terrible. More
Went in for a tire rotation and oil change at 7:40am and didn’t leave until 11am. I was told the service would be about an hour and a half. I watched several customers be helped promptly and thoroughly whil didn’t leave until 11am. I was told the service would be about an hour and a half. When I asked questions about why my finished car was parked and ready to go out front but no one was coming to help me I was met with confusion from everyone. I had to call my dad and have him call the shop to find out why it took so long. 3 hours is unacceptable. Period. I will not be returning to this location. More
