I am a student and came into Antwerpen to buy my first car. Upon entering the building I was greeted by Brandon who helped me throughout the entire process. I felt very comfortable in the dealership, not like I was being tricked on swindled, being as though I was a female & alone. I wouldve liked Brandon to have been a little more customer service oriented. I sat at the desk alone for a majority of the time. She had her eyes on a volkswagen Jetta for a while, but I was never a huge fan of volkswagen. When I arrived to the dealership, a gentlemen, Brandon Conover approached me, very friendly asked how I was doing and what he could do to help me. He had all of the answers to the questions I had, which was very helpful, I explained to him how I was looking for a volkswagen for my daughter, but how I myself was not thrilled about the idea. He took me through all of the Volkswagen's they had at this dealership and it made my decision much easier to get exactly what my daughter wanted. I was in the market for a new car, a used car. I did some prior research online to see which car dealerships around me had good deals on what I was looking for. My car broke down a week ago and I was in desperate need of a new one. After searching used cars online I consistently found that Antwerpen Auto World had the best prices around for almost all the cars on t of a new one. I liked a 2012 Dodge Charger that I saw online and when to the lot to check it out. My salesman was Brandon Conover. He greeted me before I walked inside and was very friendly. He asked me a couple of questions to understand what I was looking for. Within 10 minutes of arriving I was test driving the Charger I had looked at. After walking the lot and seeing what else was available, I decided that the Charger was the car for me. Brandon took me inside and we worked out financing. He was straight forward with everything involving price and the car history. He worked with me to understand how the financing would work and how my payments would be structured. Every moment I was at the dealership I felt like I was being treated with honesty and respect. I gave this dealership and Brandon Conover a rating of 5 because they went our of their way to help me understand the buying process and everything about the car I was purchasing. They were honest from the start and helped me get the lowest price around and helped me get financing that was fair. Awww man the guys at Antwerpen auto world were a huge help to me. They were honest and consistent. There was one who really went above and beyond to help me and that was Brandon conover. As soon as I walked through the door he was customer service ready. He took me out to the lot and ask me exactly what I was looking for and my price range. He made sure I didn't wait for nothing, we picked some cars and he ran back and forth to get me keys to test drive the cars. I mean he was excellent. He followed all steps into making sure my car fits me and boy was he right! I love my new car. He showed me the car fax and fluently went through the paper work to make sure this first time car buyer knew and understood what she was signing and taking on as I bought a new car. He made sure I understood the responsibility in having car payments and how important it is to be on time with my payments every month. He got me In and out I loved it and I would refer them to all my friends. I'm really excited and happily satisfied with my new car. Matt and Erin were also a huge help with the financial paper work in getting me in an out.
