I just want to say from the time I came to the dealership until the time that I pulled off the lot I received phenomenal customer service. Charles the sales manager was very diligent, thorough and friendly from the time I spoke with him before the appointment until I left in my new vehicle. He worked with me and made it worth me going the extra mile to refer everyone I know who needs a car going forward to this dealership. Also Marty the sales consultant was phenomenal. He was very informative and knowledgeable and was very detailed in explaining all of the polices and benefits. He was also very friendly. The finance manager was very informative and very kind... I had an overall GREAT TIME and experience and I didnt feel as though I was there all day. in short I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANTWERPEN TO EVERYONE WHO NEEDS A CAR! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN TO PURCHASE A CAR!! I AM A YOUNG, 22 YEAR OLD FEMALE WHO GOES TO SCHOOL AND WORK FULL TIME...THIS WAS MY VERY FIRST TIME PURCHASING A CAR. I PURCHASED A 2011 A CAR!! I AM A YOUNG, 22 YEAR OLD FEMALE WHO GOES TO SCHOOL AND WORK FULL TIME...THIS WAS MY VERY FIRST TIME PURCHASING A CAR. I PURCHASED A 2011 BLUE NISSAN SENTRA ON OCTOBER 23, 2013 ALL OF MY PAPER WORK WAS SIGNED AT THE DEALERSHIP THAT NIGHT AND MY FIRST CAR PAYMENT WAS DUE ON DECEMBER 7th, 2013 WHEN I TRIED TO PAY MY CAR PAYMENT EARLY ON DEC 3RD OR 4TH, SK**** FINANCIAL BANK TOLD ME TO CALL BACK IN A FEW DAYS BECAUSE MY INFORMATION WAS NOT IN THE SYSTEM YET. WHEN I CALLED BACK DECEMBER 9th, THE FUNDING MANAGER OF THE BANK TOLD ME I WAS NOT FINANCED BY THERE BABK, I HADNT BEEN SINCE NOVEMBER 14th AND THAT HE IS SHOCKED THAT I AM STILL IN POSSESSION OF MY CAR! SUCH A SURPRISE TO ME. I PAYED A VISIT TO MR ERIC CAMERON THAT SAME NIGHT TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON. HE TOLD ME HE WAS WELL AWARE THAT THE CAR WAS BOT FINANCED BUT DID NOT WANT TO REPOSES THE CAR BECAUSE HE FELT LIKE I "DESERVED" IT. (Keep in mind ive never net him before october 23rd) WHEN I LEFT THE DEALERSHIP THAT NIGHT, THE AGREEMENT WAS TO BRING HIM 2 RECENT PAY STUBS ON WEDNESDAY. I ARRIVED ON WEDNESDAY WITHOUT RECENT PAYSTUBS BUT I TOLD HIM I WAS ON MY WAY TO WORK TO PULL THEM UP ONLINE AND FAX THEM TO HIM ERIC THEN BRING IN HIS MANAGER, MATT, WHO IMMEDIATELY HAS AN ATTITUDE WITH ME AND KEEPS TELLING ME TO "HURRY UP" AND BRING IN THE PAY STUBS....RUSHING ME AS IF I WAS THE ONE WHO LET MYSELF DRIVE AROUND IN AN UNPAID FOR CAR FOR 45 DAYS AT THIS POINT AFTER ARGUING WITH HIM HE TOLD ME TO GIVE HIM THE KEYS TO THE CAR, AND THEY WOULD BE CHARGING ME $40 A DAY FOR EVERYDAY I DROVE THE CAR WHEN IT WAS NOT FINANCED. WHERE DO THEY GET OFF TELLING ME TO PAY THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY WHEN THEY KNEW SINCE NOVEMBER 14TH THAT MY CAR WAS NOT FINANCED!! HAD THEY TOLD ME I WOULD'VE RETURNED THE CAR BACK THEN AND NONE OF THIS WOULD BE TAKING PLACE. LETS BE MINDFUL I PUT $4,500 DOWN ON THAT CAR. THEY TOOK THE CAR AWAY FROM ME....I HAD A BEOKEN REARVIEW MIRROR THAT I TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR, BUT THEN THEY MADE UP SOME BOGUS STORY ABOUT THE "HOOD TRUNK RELEASE BEING BROKEN" (who even knows what that is) ALL THE WHILE, MATT IS USUNG ERIC AS A MIDDLE MAN! MATT NEVER CONTACTS ME AND EVERY TIME I TALK TO ERIC HE DOES NOT KNOW WHATS GOING ON, HE'S JUST "TELLING ME WHAT HIS BOSS SAID" AFTER 19YEARS IN THIS BUSINESS AND BEING THE FINANCIAL MANAGER, I THOUGHT HE WOULD BE MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE OF HIS OWN PRACTICE, GUESS NOT. SO AFTER PUTTING $4500 DOWN THEY ONLY WANT TO GIVE ME BACK $1000+ YOU TELL ME HOW A BROKEN MIRROR ADDS UP TO THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS THIS DEALERSHIP IS A JOKE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO WASTE THEIR MONEY OR TIME HERE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CONDUCT BUSINESS! More
