They found a huge nail in my tire and patched it in NO ADDITIONAL TIME than the usual oil change takes. In addition to that, Joe checked my account for any credits that might cover the out of pocket cost for the tire repair. Not only is this something no other advisor has ever done, Joe did find a credit that covered all but a few dollars of the tire repair but applied the credit as full payment. This was incredible customer service on top of a speedy and professional appointment. More

Unexpected Service I went in for something that I thought was a quick fix. Turned out they needed to keep my car for a couple of days. My only complaint about the whole experience is that they had my car for a LONG time but it was not entirely Antwerpen's fault. And even though it was not their fault, they still apologized profusely and gave me future deals. With that being said, I would go back to this service center. More

Best Hyundai Dealership in the DMV :) This is a beautiful dealership. The entire experience from start to finish was terrific. In fact the Service Advisor seemed busy so Shawn K the Service Director actually helped out.. He even went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of and that their were no issues. If that weren't enough, this dealer actually bought a Car Wash down the street, t so now you get a voucher for a Free professional car wash with service. Too me this is above and beyond. It's such a drastically different experience than I had at my previous dealership, who blamed me for a problem they caused (but I digress because this isn't about THAT dealership :)). It's nice to see that the director gets out of the office and makes sure everything is going well.. (and if it isn't, I'm sure he'd take care of any issues that might make a customer unhappy as he truly does care about the employees and the customers alike. He is by far the best Service Director I've dealt with at any dealership I've ever done business with. More
