The staff was great and the waiting area was clean and surprisingly comfortable. The only issue was I scheduled my appointment for an oil change almost two weeks in advance, got there roughly 10 minutes e surprisingly comfortable. Making an appointment many weeks ahead of time for a recall repair, only for the dealership to tell me that they did not have the necessary part after I arrived at the dealership and were unable to perf recall repair, only for the dealership to tell me that they did not have the necessary part after I arrived at the dealership and were unable to perform the work? Not cool but ultimately not surprising for this place. I don't feel like going over all of the other issues I've had with the service department, but will advise to take your vehicle elsewhere, even if it means driving to another county. More
