We purchased a new vehicle and i think all in all the dealership was good. the folks that kicked that up are CJ and Johnny. they both were great to deal with. i felt that were pretty honest and willin dealership was good. the folks that kicked that up are CJ and Johnny. they both were great to deal with. i felt that were pretty honest and willing to work with us. the one area that could be better - we found out when we sat down to negotiate that there was an upcharge on the vehicle. should have known that sooner. and then when we worked to negotiate, i felt that CJ did try to exemplify 'Jack says Yes!' but the sales manager was a different story. i think the negotiation was a little painful and didnt need to be. ultimately the sales manager did sit with us and we got to where we first asked the price to be - but i didnt walk away and feel 'Jack says Yes'. in the end, we got an OK price in the market today and the dealership made a fair amount of money. when we shop again for a vehicle in the next couple of years - i will go back to work with CJ. will the deal need to be less painful...absolutely. i must admit that i love the car. the real test now will be to see how they handle the maintenance. More

The work was never completed and my car was stolen from your lot. It took 4 days for the dealership to realize that it was missing. The dealership was not willing to engage with me only to me off to the your lot. It took 4 days for the dealership to realize that it was missing. The dealership was not willing to engage with me only to me off to their insurance company. Quite possibly one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a dealership, you'd think they'd reach out and offer something for my inconvenience or personal property that insurance refused to cover but no. More
