Dropped the car at 7:30 for an 11 am appt. Got the estimate at 3:45 pm, so it was too late to get the work done. I got the full detail pkg and the car was still dirty. Trash still under the seats. Rear hatch wasn’t open. Not impressed at all. The service advisor, Greg, was very nice though. I was given the choice between either a $750 debate or no car payments three months. I chose one of them and assumed I wouldn’t need to do anymore on my part but I recently found out I had to tell someone in car payments three months.
