Joseph McWilliams went above and beyond making sure me and my Sonata were all set up and taken care of. He made sure to follow up with me and keep me in the loop with what was needed to be worked on. I was disappointed with the service. We had an appointment for a Thursday and brought in the car on Wednesday for 8,000 mile service, oil change, and tire rotation. We also had some issues with the seat position when starting the vehicle. On Saturday afternoon we came to retrieve the vehicle and the electrical diagnostics had been completed, however, there was no oil change or tire rotation. We left the car for Monday work. The oil change was completed on Monday along with the rotation. However, because we had bought a full size spare tire and had it in the rear of the 2022 Santa Fe Hybrid, we were changed an additional $30 for the 5 tire rotation. That means $15 to open the tail gate and take out an unsecured tire and move it 2 feet to the left rear and then $15 to take the tire that would have been rotated to the left rear and move it an additional 2 feet more to the rear of the vehicle, lift it into the trunk, and push the button to close the tail gate. Only the usual 4 tires were mounted on the vehicle. Nothing had to be secured in the trunk. I would have gotten my 14 year old grand daughter to move the tire for the mechanic if I had know that it was that much trouble for them. I was very disappointed with the service. At this point I hesitate to recommend this service department. However, I will be giving them another opportunity with my next service appointment. More

This was my first time going to this location since I purchase my car in 2022. The people was nice but I was not satisfied with the fact there was no loaner cars available especially since I was without purchase my car in 2022. The people was nice but I was not satisfied with the fact there was no loaner cars available especially since I was without a car to go to work for a week and 2 days. I had to pay for a rental car out of pocket and get reimburse from the warranty which I am still waiting. This was a great inconvenience for me as a business owner. I will not recommend taking your car to this location if they cannot supply customers with an loaner especially if they are keeping your car for more than a day. As far as the service personnel they were nice and tried to assist despite them being in this position not to offer owners an loaner. Would not recommend this location if your car need work lasting more than a day and you need a loaner car to get to work. Overall, service personnel Brandon and service manager George was very helpful. More
