I waited at the dealership for four hours to receive an oil change, air filter change, and tire rotation. I was told when I checked in that it would be a 2.5 hour wait due to staff illnesses and they also oil change, air filter change, and tire rotation. While I understand staff shortages are difficult to manage, I would like the dealership to come up with a solution so I do not need to wait four hours. I also appreciate the coverage of my oil change, but I would rather pay my full bill and have a shorter wait. The long wait has been a reoccurring issue at this dealership since I have been going the past three years but four hours was a new record. I will be researching other service departments that comply with my warranty. More

horrible, I visited the shop 3 times for the same problem and spent over $3k without result. I was forced to sell the car miserably. Dropped my truck off at 10:45 am for an appointment for oil change. I was told by advisor that it would be at least a 2 hour wait. She then took my phone number down and said that the center would call aft oil change. I was told by advisor that it would be at least a 2 hour wait. She then took my phone number down and said that the center would call after completion. At 2:40pm I called about the status of my truck. The lady (not sure of her name) was very rude saying that she didn’t know what was going on and that the center would be closing at 3 and I was put on hold. Once she returned, she told me to hurry up and come and get my truck because they were closing in the next few minutes. Once I got there I was directed to the cashiers counter where the same lady on the phone asked me what I was there for. I explained to her that I just had a conversation with her and was picking up my truck. Nobody ever called to tell me my truck was ready. She slammed my receipt on the counter and I picked up a pen to sign what I thought I needed to sign for services. She said “No!, just take the receipt and go!” I asked her why hadn’t I been notified that my truck was ready, she rolled her eyes and said “Ma’am I don’t know, there are your keys!” Very nasty and unprofessional. I thought highly of this dealer when I originally purchased my truck but after that, I’m disgusted. More
