Excellent Service Department. Polite staff who are very courteous and helpful in explaining the work that needed to be done and the time frame to do it. I was also given a courtes Polite staff who are very courteous and helpful in explaining the work that needed to be done and the time frame to do it. I was also given a courtesy ride home with their shuttle driver was a very nice individual. The work was done well and on time. I'm actually switching from my current Hyundai dealer of the past 2 years to this dealership which is closer to my home. I recommend that people considering buying a Hyundai come by and look at their inventory, talk to sales staff and consider purchasing here. If you have a Hyundai in need of service or repair fondly consider going to this dealership. More

They have had my car for a recall for 14 days, haven’t heard a word, zero communication. Had to go in person to make an appointment. I could not get through to the service department by phone or online. No voice mail was called back. I called for a week. When I arrived they did say I could not get through to the service department by phone or online. No voice mail was called back. I called for a week. When I arrived they did say that a couple of people were out sick with covid so I can understand the trouble that I had. Patrick Landon took care of me. He is a very good employee. More
