The young lady Amanda ( I believe is her name) is a customer service assistant not a mechanic, yet she believes she should decide the type of service customers receive oppose to what the customer reque customer service assistant not a mechanic, yet she believes she should decide the type of service customers receive oppose to what the customer requests or affording the mechanic the opportunity to provide an overview and inform the customer of his or her findings. I spent a whole day in the service center when all I needed was for her to document my request and allow the mechanic to check out my complaint. She is also quite rude and needs to stay in her lane. At the end of my service, she (my opinion) comes to me to ask me to give them a good rating and not take the rating out on her. To me, she knew she was rude and was trying to cover herself so I wouldn't complain about her in particular. I let her know that I would be completing this survey and notating my experience. The other issue I encountered nearly cost me $500. Maintenance should do all they can to help save the customer money, not all they can do to cause more expenditure. More
