The dealer reached out after receiving an ok rating for an engine service visit and genuinely wanted to make it right. While reaffirming that the review had been with Hyundai and the dealer had done 5 star an engine service visit and genuinely wanted to make it right. This time Rick nailed it on the head and kept my car in the shop for a few days until all the requirements Hyundai had requested were done and he was comfortable with the process. Thank you for trying to reach out and make this complicated process a bit more human. Highly recommend Antwerpen Hyundai as they so far really seem to care with the outcome, not just the service requested. More
