I entered the dealership with the attitude that I probably would not by a car. Most dealerships do not "deal". Rob was very cordial and receptive to my atomotive needs. The moment that I stepped in the dealership, I felt good about buying a car. Kevin was very friendly and very good at figuring out what I wanted. I'm a member of a Credit Union and Antwerpen Catonsbille suppose to be a participating partner, CUDL. They would not respect nor consider the recommended trade in value of two cars we were attempting to t suppose to be a participating partner, CUDL. They would not respect nor consider the recommended trade in value of two cars we were attempting to trade for their buy one and get one for $1 gimmick. The offers they made for both vehicles were below even the recommended Poor trade. And one vehicle was in excellent condition and the other good. This was the worst experience I've ever had in buying a car and I've bought a few. I suggest anyone do their homework before going to this dealership. More
