I had spoken to Rob May before coming in to the dealership. He was extremely courteous and worked hard to answer all my questions and arranged for a test drive of a vehicle. The best part with Rob was that he was working around my preferences and not trying to push anything on me. He would describe all the features in a particular vehicle and then tell me his personal thoughts about it. He left the final decision to me. From my previous experience at other dealerships, the salespeople usually are very pushy and make for a very uncomfortable experience. I am a buyer who knows what I am looking for and does not like to be arm-twisted. Furthermore, during the negotiation phase when I asked Rob to see if he can do me a slightly better deal, his response was that he was working for me and he would go straight to the manager and try his best with my request. I really appreciated this stance. He made me feel like a valued customer whom he was happy to go the extra mile for. After the deal was completed Rob stayed well past the dealership closing hours to prepare the vehicle for me to pick-up. He never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him in anyway and kept saying "Don't worry about it". Overall, his personal demeanor and sales style made this experience the most pleasant one I have ever had at a dealership.....period.
