In short, Antwerpen Hyundai Catonsville was a good choice to go car shopping for a new Hyundai car, and Isaac is very good at what he does, highly recommend him. There was no unnecessary haggling, no hiding of information, very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful, did not try to sell other un-needed stuff, stayed true to his word, gave us a good deal, and made the whole car shopping and buying experience pleasant and not so stressful. As a person who has purchased new vehicles in the past (apparently from all the wrong places), I went into this expecting to get the runaround from sales associates, high prices, and unwillingness to work (apparently from all the wrong places), I went into this expecting to get the runaround from sales associates, high prices, and unwillingness to work with the customer. However, what I found at Antwerpen Hyundai in Catonsville was completely different. First off, Maurice Mitchell contacted me by phone after seeing my internet inquiry. I explained to him what all I was looking for, what problems I've had with other dealerships, and what I was able to do. Maurice then told me that he believed they could get me in what I wanted and that they would take care of me if I gave them a chance. Of course, because of recent bad experiences with dealerships I was a little skeptical. Although I was skeptical, I went ahead and scheduled a meeting with Maurice. After meeting him, we immediately started the process and didn't waste time haggling back and forth with him trying to change my mind or anything like that. He took all of my information, went to speak to sales/finance managers, and was back with an answer in a few minutes. Normally, a salesman comes back, and says "Okay, this is where we're at", then proceeds to write some numbers down on a sheet of paper. This is usually not anywhere near where the customer wants to be. To my surprise, this is not what happened at all. Maurice came back with GREAT news, and didn't try to get more money out of me or anything like that. We agreed on the price and the deal the bank had approved, and he took it from there. Wow! Within 30 minutes of being in a dealership, I already had bank approval and paperwork being submitted. Everything else after this was great as well. I purchased the 2013 Veloster that was on the showroom floor, so they moved it out and took it to the gas station to fill it up. They then parked it right outside the door, where it would be waiting on me when I walked outside. Anyways, I could go on and on about the great experience I had at this dealership, but overall, it was the best car buying experience that I've had. Of note, this is also the nicest Hyundai dealership that I've ever been in. Thank you Maurice for being true to what you say and for your assistance with buying a new vehicle. I contacted this dealership because of the favorable reviews I read online. I had already been pre-approved through my local bank and informed Isaac as such. Isaac did and stated the price wasn't the same because I wasn't going through their financing and he kept trying to get me to go through their financing. I said I was already pre-approved and didn't want 40 credit inquiries on my credit report. I told him since I was pre-approved it should be much easier. After talking for 10 minutes, I said nevermind, just leave me alone and this shouldn't have come to this. This experience should have been very easy, but was extremely difficult! I am taking my business elsewhere! More

Isaac was so helpful from start to finish! I ended up getting a 2013 elantra which was exactly what I wanted for a fair price.
