I had wrecked my 2007 sonata that I had bought new at Antwerpen. It had no bells or whistles, just a basic new car, but I really liked that car. I called Antwerpen, talked with Isaac, and with the 1 day that I was available was the 1 day that Isaac had off. But what could've been a disheartening thing, without hesitation, Isaac said he would come in on his day off. This is a man who wants to sell cars. Things went better than I thought they would, and that evening I left the lot with an awewsome car, has some bells and whistles on it and I'm still learning how they all work. Everyone at Antwerpen was extremely helpful through all the steps of purchasing a vehicle, but Isaac went above and beyond and is a GREAT asset to this dealership. I am sure that I will be an Antwerpen customer for life- They really want to sell cars!!! And I will definitely recommend them to all friends who are looking to purchase a vehicle. We, (my wife and myself) visited three other dealerships where we drove and tested their cars. Bob was by far the most knowledgable of all the salesmen we encountered and the easiest to work with on all is where we drove and tested their cars. We especially liked the no hard sales pitches and no wasted time in coming to a price we thought was fair. We drove the car one day and told him we were visiting other dealers and would get back to him. We called him four days later and when we went back it was a quick and pleasant closing experience.
