The experience was a great one. A friend referred me to the Dealership's website and specifically the Internet sales. I submitted an e-mail with several cars I was interested in. Rob May promptly contacted me and we set up an appointment for me to test drive the cars. When we met for the appointment, I was surprised to find that he was not a "pressure" salesman. I MEET ROB MAY LAST YEAR WHEN I PURCHASED MY 2012 TUCSON HE WAS MOST HELPFUL, INFORMATIVE , HONEST SHOWED ME AROUND THE DEALERSHIP AND ABOVE ALL THE PRICE GIVEN WAS FAIR. I CALLED ROB AFTER WE HAD A BAD HE WAS MOST HELPFUL, INFORMATIVE , HONEST SHOWED ME AROUND THE DEALERSHIP AND ABOVE ALL THE PRICE GIVEN WAS FAIR. I CALLED ROB AFTER WE HAD A BAD ACCIDENT I NEEDED ANOTHER SAFE CAR FOR MY SON ROB GAVE ME THE BEST PRICE OVER THE PHONE WHERE OTHER DEALERS WANTED TO KNOW WHAT MY BEST PRICE WAS AND THEY WILL BEAT IT.
