I was disappointed with your finance Mgr Ms Palacio regarding finance in my car it wasn’t explained clearly all I see is the numbers and i realize I don’t need some of the warranties I don’t need I dis regarding finance in my car it wasn’t explained clearly all I see is the numbers and i realize I don’t need some of the warranties I don’t need I disputed it she said she will take care of it and it will be credited to my principal loan it’s been 2 months now I haven’t heard from her I emailed my accountant number which is she needed it I called her several times she doesn’t return my call it’s frustrating I hope this matter will be resolved thanks More

Appts are minimum 3 weeks and the service is subpar. Takes 2 hours longer than they tell you. They do not return calls. I ended up having to stop in to schedule service because no one answered the phone Takes 2 hours longer than they tell you. They do not return calls. I ended up having to stop in to schedule service because no one answered the phone or would call back. Bought car from there and pay an extra 250 a month for a plan to be able to have a courtesy vehicle, what a lie. They can’t even schedule one a month out when trying to get service for something that was Hyundais fault. Poor all around. More
