They have had my car for a recall for 14 days, haven’t heard a word, zero communication. Had to go in person to make an appointment. I could not get through to the service department by phone or online. No voice mail was called back. I called for a week. When I arrived they did say I could not get through to the service department by phone or online. No voice mail was called back. I called for a week.
