Had Coolant Flush and heating is not functioning properly. Had heat for a decade now it's not working. Unwilling to let mechanic "try" to fix what they clearly broke. After making an appointment and being on time, I still had to wait 3 hours at the dealership. No on came an updated me on anything, I had to go to the service depart and inquire. I bought my veh there a had to wait 3 hours at the dealership. No on came an updated me on anything, I had to go to the service depart and inquire. I bought my veh there and have had it serviced there for 10 years without fail and this is the way they treat a loyal customer. I called the service manager 4 times and NEVER got a return call from anyone. More
